Why register for a Buehler's Advantage Card®?
With a Buehler's Advantage Card®, you are eligible for special offers and rewards, in addition to saving money on hundreds of weekly specials and receiving easy check-cashing services.
Why do you request my phone number on the enrollment form?
A phone number is requested so that, if you forget your card, we can provide the cashier with the ability to access your account number in the check out lane.
How do I know my privacy will be protected?
Information gathered by Buehler's will only be used for giving you special offers and rewards. We will hold all information in the strictest of confidence, even within the company. A copy of Buehler's privacy policy is available at www.buehlers.com.
Will my account information be sold to marketing organizations?
No. Buehler's pledges to never sell your name, address or purchase information to anyone.
If I provide my email address, will Buehler's contact me?
At your request, we may update you, via email, of special offers or savings opportunities.
I lost my Buehler's Advantage Card®. will my account balance be lost if I get a new card?
No, you will not lose your Advantage Card® account balance as we are able to link the new card to your current account. Request a new card the next time you are in one of our stores with proof of identification.
What if I've gotten married, or my name has changed?
You are not required to change your name on your Advantage Card. You will not lose your Advantage Card account balance as we are able to link the new card to your current account. Request a new card® the next time you are in one of our stores with proof of identification.
Why do you request my birth date on the enrollment form?
Date of birth is requested for security purposes, allowing us to authenticate the customer's identity during redemption or card replacement.
What if I am unwilling to provide identification?
You may still receive an Advantage Card®, however, it will only be able to offer you the savings. You will not be able to accumulate points for any special rewards programs, cash a check, or rent a video.
Why is it important for me to update my account information?
From time to time, we ask that our Buehler's Advantage Card® customers review their contact information to make sure that it is accurate and up to date. If the information we have on file for you is not accurate, we may not be able to notify you for special offers and rewards.
What if I don't want to enroll in the Buehler's Advantage Card® program? Will I still be able to get specials at Buehler's?
The Buehler's Advantage Card® is required to receive some of our specials, as well as allowing you to save money and earn rewards every time you shop. Once you see how much extra value the Advantage Card® provides, you'll want to join..it's a great way to reward yourself for going shopping!
What if I forget to bring my Advantage Card® with me when shopping?
No problem! We can find your account number right at the check out lane if you have provided your home phone number on your application. |
